A tradition for many generations! Arbutus unedo, also called Strawberry Tree, gives a red edible berry that is used to do the typical spirit "aguardente de medronho". To find out about this tradition we invite you on a journey through the whole process. A guided walk through the trees, a visit to the distillery and a taste of the final product. The different qualities of the spirit or the "medronho" in cocktails will be served with a local snack.
